Start your day the Green Smoothie way

We all know the importance of getting our vitamins and key nutrients right now. So why not start the day with something healthy and delicious like this green smoothie. It’s good for veggies, vegans, carnivores and anyone who wants to boost their immune system. Simply blitz the healthy ingredient below and use unsweetened brown rice milk fortified with calcium and vitamins for an even more nutritious treat.

Prep time: 10 mins (it’s easy!)

1. handful of spinach (50g roughly chopped)
2. 100g broccoli florets roughly chopped
3. 2 celery sticks
4. Four tbsps of desiccated coconut
5. 1 banana
6. 300ml rice milk
7. ¼ tsp of spirulina

Whizz 300ml water and the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
