Working out because we love our bodies. Not because we hate them

The be.come project is a body-neutral, I-can-do-it, go-on-and-love-yourself approach in fitness in an accessible 25-minute routine on a computer or an app.
In creating the be.come project, the famous body-positive fitness coach Bethany C. Meyers wanted to find a way to take her learnings and make them work for the masses : “ Everyone told me you can’t sell fitness without weight loss and I set out to prove them wrong ”.

It’s a twenty-five-minute Pilates-meets-yoga routine that builds in intensity. All you have to do is show up – anywhere, anytime and each week your body will become familiar with the flow and movement, gaining strength and confidence with each session.
