For nearly 2 years, the Francophile has been renovating an old factory on rue Debelleyme in the Marais from top to bottom, where he is opening an 800 m2 establishment. Here, there's no music and no plastic.
A space dedicated to tableware presents kitchen utensils made from noble and sustainable materials, while a workshop-boutique offers seasonal infusions and freshly roasted teas, brewed with the utmost care (hÅjicha, sencha).
