The Swedish chain is looking to boost sales at half-mast. The 300-square-meter space includes yoga classes, a café with a garden-view and an area reserved for other brands. For the first time, H & M is more than just a point of sale, and has now opened their very first cafe in a branch. The Berlin store measures one-fifth of a traditional store and offers hyperlocal collections, as well as perfumes, vegan cosmetics and a vintage market.
With this new concept the Swedish brand wants to prove that its success is not only measured by sales, but rather by its ability to create a relationship with customers.
